Spiritual masters, among others, have taught that there are five basic steps to creating your life from a deliberate, conscious point of power. To become a deliberate creator of your life you must start to feel your life instead of just thinking about your life. Here’s what to do:
Close your eyes. Connect with your good feelings
Step One: Identify what you do not want—period.
Step Two: Identify what you do want. Write it down.
Step Three: Close your eyes and find the good feelings that you associate with your desired goals. Enjoy this state of feeling.
Step Four: Write out your goal(s); create a clear intention to bring these goals to yourself. In your mind’s eye, create a vision of the end result, of the way you just felt in Step Three.
Step Five: Focus and take action towards your goals daily.
Changing your thoughts will change how you feel
These steps put an end to the generations of programming about struggle and blame being the causative factors in our lives. If you will simply change the way you think, you will change the way you feel. Changing the way you feel changes the frequency of your body/mind vibrations and that changes the way you attract life events.
